Returns

Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.

At Kara Luxe Resort Boutique, we offer store credit for eligible returns. We do not issue refunds to original payment methods unless an item is confirmed defective.

Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of confirmed delivery, based on tracking information.

Requests made outside of this timeframe will not be approved.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for store credit:

• Item must be unworn and unwashed
• Original tags must remain attached
• Item must be free of perfume, deodorant, makeup, stains, or damage
• Proof of purchase is required

Items that do not meet these standards will be declined and returned to the sender.

Store Credit

Approved returns will receive store credit equal to the value of the returned item(s).

Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued via email within 1–3 business days.

Store credit:

• Is valid for 6 months from date of issue
• May be used toward any available merchandise
• Cannot be redeemed for cash
• Cannot be reissued once used

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

• Swim Products
• Accessories
• Sale Items
• Gift Cards

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Kara Luxe Resort Boutique is not responsible for lost return packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery at:

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return your original item for store credit and place a new order separately.
