All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We currently ship within the United States.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times typically range from 2–7 business days after your order has shipped. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on availability and destination.
Once your order has been transferred to the carrier, Kara Luxe Resort Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Kara Luxe Resort Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
